I had a very pleasant and easy experience selecting a ring to temporarily replace my bridal set while my broken hand is healing. I love the ring and... the price was fair.
While having it adjusted by the helpful man there, I looked around, and the selection is very nice. Plus they do custom pieces.

Dropped off watch and diamond rings to be cleaned and repaired

I dropped a watch off in August. The only thing that needed to be fixed was ability to move date. Asked that they let me know could they fix it and... how much would it cost.
Mardi sent it to a special watch repair without letting me know.
When they finally gave me back the watch NOTHING worked.
I could go on but they took watch back and said they replaced the complete inner works.
When I finally got the watch back in late December the second hand didn’t move. Still unable to change date, which is the original problem.
